I usually have no issues with this KFC but today for the first time both myself and my partner had issues with extremely tough chicken in both the rice bowl and burger. I got two fillets in my rice bowl, the first one was fine and the second one was tough and hard to break up with the fork. My partner got the chicken burger and was complaining it was tough and we were trying to physically pull some of the chicken out with our hands to see why it was so tough. Not sure why the quality seems to have dropped with the fillets here but i wanted to highlight this so it gets resolved as I don’t want to stop coming here.

We ordered the new Pickle Burger specifically to try the advertised crispy freeze dried cucumbers. However, the burger only had two small regular pickle slices, and there were no cucumbers in the fries at all.
We were not informed about this when ordering. We understand they might have run out, but it should have been communicated instead of serving something that does not match the menu.
Very disappointed, as we were really looking forward to trying the new item. The experience was ruined.

The food was so tasty, the staff was very nice and helpful, the store was very clean, bins empty and toilets stocked and cleaned. I seen the staff going into lobby and cleaning toilets very regularly which is nice to see. Overall great experience

It’s been a terrible day. Less than a minute after I picked up my food from the drive-thru, I suddenly felt an intense burning sensation on my thigh. When I looked down, I saw that the KFC packaging bag had torn, and hot oil had spilled all over my skirt, almost burning my leg. And the careless staff didn’t include any napkins, salt, or ketchup.

Food was okay I mean it’s kfc so nothing like special. But I noticed that most of the staff were just standing there doing nothing while the two women were going around doing everything. The girl with pink hair was lovely she helped me find the disabled toilet despite being elbows deep in cleaning the bins. She also cleaned the tables better than any kfc I’d seen. I’m used to going and having to wipe the table over again myself but it was rather nice to be able to just sit without getting out wipes. If she wasn’t there doing such an outstanding job I’d honestly give 1 star
